Terra firma ski transfers is a small owner operated Transfer Company.

It is a French registered company which is fully licensed and insured to transport people to and from Geneva and the surrounding mountain ski resorts specializing in Morzine and Les Gets.

The vehicle is a Chrysler 300c V6 3 litre all leather very comfortable 4 passenger estate. With snow tyres, chains and traction control. Your safety and comfort are paramount.

Our aim is to transfer people to and from Geneva airport with a little more luxury than the usual minibus transfer.

With the roof box fitted there is ample room for an abundance of luggage and the car is still low enough to be able to use the fast track lane at the motorway toll booths.

Terry has been involved in the passenger transport business for over 26 years.

He started in 1986 driving Luxury Chevy suburban's for the rich and famous at the Aspen club Lodge in the ski resort of Aspen Colorado. After getting a taste for the mountain life style he decided to move out to the French Alps. Since arriving he has been involved in transporting people to and from Geneva in all conditions. This includes, driving, driver training and the organising of over 60 vehicles at its peak, for one of the major transfer companies. During this time he passed his CPC International Passenger Transport Qualification to run a transfer company.

Now he is ready to put that experience to good use, roll back the years and drive a luxury vehicle for the discerning client, in the area which he still loves.

Prices are for the vehicle from 1 to 4 people.

Baby seats and boosters are provided free of charge but must be booked in advance.

Skis and Snowboards carriage is free of charge but must be booked in advance.

Terrafirmaski Terms and Conditions.

Terrafirmaski asks its clients to read and be aware of the company’s terms and conditions.

The contract between the client and Terrafirmaski commences at the time you receive email confirmation of your transfer and are then subject to these Terms and conditions.

This email confirmation will become your ticket and must be produced, if requested by the driver.

Terrafirmaski takes no liability if incorrect travel details are given by the customer.

Payments are to be made in EUROS and can be made via bank transfer, euro cheque or in cash on the day of travel.

Any changes subsequently made to the booking must be confirmed by email. These changes may incur a charge depending how the changes affect the efficient running of the vehicle on that particular day.

Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur the following charges.

An admin fee of 20 euros for any cancelled booking will be charged. One month or less a 50% charge will be made. If Cancelled on the day of travel and a journey has to be made then full payment will be charged.

Timings for arrivals. Terrafirmaski will wait for any delayed flights until it has a knock on affect for any other transfers booked that day or exceeds 1 hour after scheduled arrival time. This will include waiting for lost or delayed luggage. If this happens alternative transport will be sourced or the client will have to wait for the next available transfer with Terrafirmaski. Charges will be made according to the remedy.

Timings for departures. Terrafirmaski declines all responsibility in the eventuality of missed flights or connections due to severe or bad weather conditions, traffic congestion, vehicle brake down, road accidents, acts of terrorism and vandalism and any industrial action by third parties, Police or border control intervention. Also we reserve the right to change pick up times in the resort. You will be informed via text message or telephone call at the earliest convenience.

Brexit. Due to any changes that Brexit may bring in the future the following may occur: 1) Your transfer may have to be cancelled. If you have paid in advance an 80% refund will be offered. 2) Your transfer may have to be carried out by another transfer company. 3) Your transfer may be rerouted to stay in France which will add a minimum of 30 minutes.

All luggage must be clearly labelled with the owners name and address.

All passengers are responsible for his or her, and their children’s luggage. We will take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen luggage in the airport terminals.

We will undertake to load, transport and return luggage in the condition in which it was received at the time of loading.

Only our driver is authorised to load luggage into the vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to luggage or equipment during the transfer.

Customers are limited to two items of luggage. If customers have any outsized luggage which includes ski and snowboard bags, we will need to be informed in advance by email.

Seat belts must be worn by all passengers in all vehicles. Clients who chose not to wear their seat belts will not be covered by Terrafirmaski insurance, should the vehicle be involved in an accident.

Child seats and boosters will be provided at the clients request as EU regulations state, all young travellers under the height of 1.35m will have to use a child restraint - either a baby seat or a booster seat. These must be booked in advance. No child under the age of 12 can travel in the front seat.

The driver has the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger.

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

If for any reason the car you thought you would be travelling in is not available due to breakdown or accident another alterative vehicle will be provided.

In case of accident, the company’s liability is limited to the conditions of its insurance contract.

For Avoriaz 1800 reception transfers. If the road is closed by the police due to bad weather or we consider it a danger to yourself or our car and driver, we reserve the right to ask you to take the Prodain telepherique at the bottom station, a safer collection point. In this case, we are unable to offer any refund or assistance with the cost of the cable car.

Nothing can affect the consumers' statutory rights.
